「京大起業部インターナショナル」は、世界各国から集う京都大学と京都大学大学院に在籍中の学生・研究員・卒業生、および修了生からなる多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人々が、違いを超えて理解し協働し合う機会を提供しています。
また、京都大学内での関連する分野の研究にも積極的に協力することで、個人の幸福と社会への貢献を同時に叶える起業や働き方を様々な角度から模索し、情報公開することで、社会に寄与していきます。
Connect Globally
Kyoto University International Entrepreneurship Club is firstly a platform which provides opportunities for any type of collaboration for people from diverse backgrounds from students, to researchers, alumni all around the world.
Secondly, it contributes to the society by exploring entrepreneurial ways of working from different angles and disclosing information that helps solve a social issue.
Finally, we try to understand the unique life individuals want including their vocations and cooperate to different research fields within Kyoto University.

未来を作る
これまでの日本社会では、効率性が重視され、その結果、同質の方が良いと判断されがちでした。しかし、VUCA時代に入り、グローバル化がますます進んでいる現在において、多様な人材との協働は、問題解決へのプロセスは効率的ではなくとも、効果性が高い解決策をもたらします。
観光客として日本に来る方々や留学生は増えても、まだまだ多様な国籍や世代、バックグラウンドを持つ人達が一緒になって何かに取り組み機会は多くはありません。より多様性を認め、お互いを活かしあうことができる社会になることで、豊かな未来作りに貢献したいと思います。
Make a great future
In traditional Japanese society, efficiency has been always emphasized. As a result, it is still a concept that continues to be judged. However, in this uncertain times and highly globalized society, collaboration with diverse human resources provides effective solutions even if the problem solving process is not the most efficient.
Even though a large number of tourists and International students continue to come to Japan, there's still not enough opportunities for people of diverse nationalities to work and collaborate with organizations in Japan.
I would like to contribute to the creation of a prosperous future by becoming a society where we can recognize more diversity and make the most of each other.

進行中のプロジェクト&イベント Ongoing Project
■ アート＆テクノロジー・ヴィレッジ構想
京都府が行っている株式会社マクセルの敷地内に起業家などが集まるハブ拠点を作る構想プロジェクト。2023年予定で現在、事業クリエイター(仮名称)として、構想実現に向けた勉強会に参加中。
■ 起業家教育研究
中学生という若い年齢の時に起業家教育を受けることで、どのような影響があるのかの共同研究をシリコンバレーの教育プログラムBizWorldと共に、高知県の私立土佐塾中高一貫校にてスタート。

京都大学生が英語で起業の情報交流をするKUIEC（Kyoto University International Entrepreneurship Club）を創設。
京都府のアート＆テクノロジーヴィレッジ構想に携わり、シリコンバレーの起業家育成プログラムBizWorldを用い、起業家教育が与える子供への影響について私立中高一貫校の協力を得て研究中。
複数のビジネスを行い、著書に「マリッジ・プレミアム－仕事の成功を約束する結婚生活の送り方」（キングベアー出版）「家族＞仕事で生きる。」（SBクリエイティブ）。

Googleのアジア太平洋地域の社員向けイベントWomen@Playにパネリストとして登壇
先日、Googleのアジア太平洋の内部向けイベントWoman@Playにてパネル登壇しました。
「仕事でのやりがいや成功」と「家庭での親密さや喜び」、そして「友人との楽しみや自分のための時間」といった多面的な自分をすべて手に入れるにはどうすればいいのか？
次々と質問に答えていくうちに、世界の中で、これほど優秀な人達でも、多くの悩みは同じであり、世界共通だと、改めて、実感しました。その中で、まだまだつたない私の知識や経験が京大起業部インターナショナルのような若い世代に向けてだけでなく、キャリア世代に向けても、これほどお役に立てるのだと驚き、気が付くことができた非常に重要な機会になりました。これからも私ができることで、女性や多様な人びとに貢献できたらいいなと思っています。Google@Playから、先日行われたアジア太平洋地域のGoogle社員向けのイベントにパネル登壇したことへの感謝状が送られてきました。お役に立てて、嬉しいです。
The other day,I was the panelist at Google’s Asia-Pacific internal event Woman@ Play.
I answered questions, but most people were interested in “how to start your business?”and “how do you get everything, such as work success, a great marriage life, parenting, fun with friends and time for yourself”?
As I answered those questions one after another, I realized once again that even the most talented people in the world have the same problems and struggles are common throughout the world. Among them, I was surprised and realized that my limited knowledge and experience still would be useful not only for younger generations such as Kyoto University Entrepreneurship International Club members, but also for career generations. I hope I can contribute more and empower women like this time.I received the appreciation letter from Google@Play as the panel speaker of Women@Play, APAC Entrepreneur Panel Talk. I am very glad that my story could empower and motivate women to success in their life.
